Whether managing commercial developments or meeting strict project deadlines, Joshua operates with a servant’s heart, striving to ensure every partnership and project is built to last. His entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to develop and operate multiple small businesses that provide essential services to the Lynchburg area. Though he applies the competitive drive of a former collegiate athlete to his work, his true compass is his faith and his family. Joshua is deeply devoted to his wife, Nicole and their two boys, Sammy and Noah.
With more than 17 years of management experience, Keith brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and expertise to the homeowners association management services provided by Priority One throughout Central Virginia. As an Owner, he plays an integral role in delivering exceptional service to communities by combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. Keith's diverse professional background includes business consulting, project management, accounting, human resources, and systems operations.
