With 17 years of Real Estate experience and as the Principal Broker, Josh Allen works directly with builders, community developments, Property Investments, and large scale Property Purchases. He thrives on fulfilling long or short term goals, and satisfying project deadlines. Josh is also a successful entrepreneur and property investor. With his roots in real estate, he has created, developed, owned, operated, and collaborated several small businesses that provide goods and services to the greater Lynchburg community. A former LU Football Alumni and long term Flames Club Member, Josh's greatest joy in life is his family, married to his wife Nicole they have two growing boys (Sammy & Noah).
Keith Johnson
CMCA, AMS, Class A Contractor
With over 17 years of Management experience, Keith brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise to property and association management services offered by Priority One in Lynchburg, VA. Keith has experience with business consulting, project management, accounting, human resources, and systems operations for a variety of companies until he and Josh founded Priority One. Keith, his wife Terri, and their children are avid Liberty University Flames fans and enjoy going to as many football and basketball games as possible.
Mark Travis (ol)
General Manager
For over 15 years Mark has led teams within small businesses in Central Virginia up to large corporations. His responsibilities have included growing and training personnel, managing new builds, repairs of existing residences, managing inventories, and addressing customer needs. His goal is to do everything with honesty, integrity, and correctly the first time! Mark is married to his wife, Rachel; and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and golfing.
Nina Williamson
Accounting
Nina comes to the Priority One Team after moving to Lynchburg six years ago from the Northern Virginia area. Her experience covers over 30 years in the Customer Service Industry, 14 years in the Bookkeeping/Accounting industry and 8 years in the Property Management Field. Nina has been married for thirty-five years, has one daughter and one son. In her spare time she loves to spend all her free time with her grandson, and granddaughter in Up-state New York, reading and going on long walks.

Jessica comes to the Priority One Property Management Team with over 20 years of Customer Service experience. Jessica has 4 children Emma , Jilly, Eli and Jax. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
Jessica Richardson
Administration Assistant
Jessica has been a part of the Priority One Team for the past 7 years. She has worked in the accounting industry for 16 years and has worked in property management for the last 13 years specializing in Community Association Real Estate closings. Jessica loves spending time with her husband, Trent, and their two boys Ryder and Luke.
Aireona Hudson Administrative Assistant
Aireona comes to the Priority One Team with over 4 years of customer service. She attends Old Dominion University as an online student majoring in Real Estate. Some of her hobbies are cooking, baking, reading her bible, going to open houses, and working out. Christ is her firm foundation, He is who makes all things possible. Her radiant face and smile brings kindness and joy to the office. Her goal is to become the top Realtor in Virginia when her time comes.
Aaron Johnson
Maintenance Specialist
Aaron is a highly decorated Air Force Veteran who served 6 years in active duty. During his enlistment Aaron was responsible for maintaining and servicing Nuclear ICBMS as a Team Chief in the 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron at Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. He now provides direct assistance to the association and property management team as an apprentice under Keith Johnson. Aaron loves to spend time with his family, work on his cars, and lifting at the gym in his free time.
Nick McNiesh

Following earning a BSBA in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University in 2008, Nick pursued a career in the golf industry and became a PGA Class A Member. In 2021, he took a chance and switched careers. He moved to Virginia in the spring of 2023 and now works for Priority One as an Association Manager. His extensive customer service experience while a PGA Golf Professional, will serve as an asset while managing properties

Rowan Mayhew
Property Manager
Rowan joined the Priority One Team three years ago. Her experience covers 20 years in the customer service industry and 15 years in the hospitality industry. Throughout her total 35 years of experience, she has successfully been in a management lead role for 15 years combined. Married for 12 years with a daughter and son she enjoys gardening, floral arranging and is an accomplished baker. Aspire to Inspire is her life motto.
Eve Crawford
Executive Assistant
Eve is a city girl from New Jersey who moved to Lynchburg in 2018, to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security. Eve comes to Priority One with 9 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. She brings her great smile to our office and joyful personality to all she encounters. She prides herself at assisting the needs of our Clients and Customers each day in the office. In her free time she likes to bowl, cook, and travel as much as she can.
Shae Smith
Assistant Property Manager
Shae is a small town country girl that moved to Lynchburg, VA from Turkey, NC to pursue her Masters at Liberty University in 2019. She has accomplished that goal as of May 2022. Shae is a classically trained opera singer and is a full time traveling Artist/Singer/Worship Leader. She has 10 years of experience in customer service. In her spare time, she loves to lead worship and have worship nights, cook, travel, motivate and empower others, and try new things. She is a full time believer and her goal in life is to live like Christ and win souls for Him in all she does.

Webster has been with the Priority One team for 5 years in the maintenance department. His experience brings 30 years in the customer service, maintenance and management industry. He has been married for 38 years with 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys sailing, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He brings a strong, ethical background to the Priority One team.

Renee started with us in August of 2022. She is a Michigan native that’s been in Forest for 6yrs. She’s married to a wonderful, supportive husband and is a mom of four boys. She enjoys exercising, MMA, being outdoors and creating. On her weekends she runs her jewelry making business.
