In 2013, founders Josh Allen and Keith Johnson formed Priority One with the personal commitment and driving goal to offer superior management services to all its clients in Central Virginia.
Our unmatched service commitment combined with our cutting-edge technology and passion for excellence in providing service to all our property management clients has produced successful results.
The team at Priority One currently manage over twenty Property Owner or Condominium Owner Associations. In addition to Property and Association Management Priority One is also a Class A Contractor and can perform a large scope of building cleaning and maintenance tasks for its Association clients at less than industry standard rates.
